Artist's Comments

This is my interpritation of Miriam Bramlett in anime form, as was asked.

This is not the complete picture as I have given the rights to the full and complete picture to the owner of the cause, Miriams mother; Jenna Bramlett.

This artwork is for one of the many causes I've joined on facebook.
The mother of Miriam posted a mass email asking for an anime artist to help them with making their cause known to the world.
My art would be on shirts and flyers to attract peoples attention to the cause and help them raise money for Miriams treatment.
I ask for nothing in return for this, it's all charity work and I am completely happy to be helping them out.

Working as an illustrator I get paid to do art now, but if it's for a good cause I am happy to offer my services for free.

As usual Tori, your generosity knows no boundaries. You've put 110% of your art talent into a cause which you will get nothing back from... you are nothing short of amazing.

This really makes tears come to my eyes, you can bring such an adorable innocent girl to life through a drawing and show how happy she can be. She knows nothing other than what she is used too and you can show us all that she will be happy no matter what... It's so sad and so beautiful. Bless you Victoria.

I like the dull cherry-like baubles in contrast with the ribbon shining (likewise on her obi) but the two most appealing things to be here are in the pinkness of her knees and the very subtle use of texturing in her socks. It's :aww:
